INAM is Pakistan's first Policy and Impact Entrepreneurship platform. It designs research-backed public policies, launches mission-aligned impact ventures, and develops civic and institutional leaders all guided by the 11Es Model of National Advancement. INAM follows a structured Policy-to-Venture Pipeline. Once a high-impact reform area is identified under the 11Es, it goes through research and validation, gets shaped into a concrete project with defined goals, and is then developed into a standalone impact venture. Every step is tracked through KPIs and Social Return on Investment metrics to ensure real, measurable outcomes.

INAM brings together a wide range of people and institutions including policymakers, researchers, impact investors, CSR partners, youth leaders, civil society organizations, and engaged citizens.
